looking for help with engine swap 94 gp with 3.4

i have a 94 gp with 3.4 it threw a rod and i cant find another engine to replace it with so i wanted to know which engines would be a good swap for this one the easiest 3100 or 3400 and what yrs can i use and harnesses please help or if you know of another engine that will work let me know like a 3800 buick

depending where you want to drive i can locate 2 3.4 dohc 1 is in a 93 z-34, and the other i am not sure about because i didn't see any body damage meaning either the engine or tranny gave out on it(it was a black z-34 not sure on the year though). unless u have a pushrod 3.4 and there a few firebirds with those engines and a shitload of 3.1's.
