  • Some friendly swap advice

unless you have access to a lift, pull then engine through the top. i tried going through the bottom this time b/c a buddy of mine(who likes hondas) bugged the hell out of me to do it this way saying how much faster it would be and it sux.

i had to get the car really high in the air to get the engine out and that was with the heads off, when i put the cradle back in the other engine will have the heads on and i will have to get it crazy high in the air i am sure.

Yeah, a lift is a must if you want to do it easily.

I am planning to drop it in the top, but I am going to pull the whole shootin match through the bottom and add a new subframe (One ready to accept LQ1- I am working with a 90)..

I need to assemble the LQ1 and 6 speed when I get them.. Good advice none the less though!
