    3100 Intake

    Will a 1995 3100 SFI intake bolt up to a 2000-2002 3100 SFI? Are the heads and block basically the same? I know the intake is suppose to be a little better on the later 3100 but additional power is not really an issue for me. It seems that if the intakes will interchange then the swap to a newer 3100 would be easy and the EGR etc will conform with smog laws etc. Any insight would be appreciated.

    I would think it would be back-ward compatable since you can put 2000+ 3100 heads on '95 engines...

      You will need both the upper and lower for it to work...

        Why not just make an adapter plate for the EGR to work correctly with the newer intakes?
