i re did my harness on my 98z24 3500/282. since doing so the fuel pump does not turn on. if i jump the relay it works. i checked the ground, the wire between the pcm and the relay and the relay. i know the engine will cut fuel if there is no oil pressure but does anything else cause it to? also is there any way to make sure the pcm is powered and functioning? all the feeds have power and grounds r good so im kinda stumped. 99 grand am pcm if that helps.
