  • IPC swap? 04 monte carlo

    May be the wrong part of the site for this but...

    I have an 04 monte carlo with a 3.4L v6. The instrument cluster is the boring regular common chevy one with the gas and temp split a tach and the speedo in the middle. I want to swap it out with an SS cluster that has more gauges and a nicer appearance IMO. Can I just swap it out and reprogram it to show the same mileage? I work at a chevy dealer so reprogramming is not an issue but no one seems to know if I can swap the cluster without any major issues.

    thanks

    Step 1;
    Print out SI schematic for your current IPC, then find what year model etc of the IPC you want and print that one out.
    Then compare the two.

    (what Veh Year etc are you wanting to use? )
    As of April 2
