  • Help with Wideband, please

96 Grand Prix SE 3100v6 turbo

I have an LSU 4.9 wideband (glowshift controller). Cheap I know but oh well.

The question I have is this...

What wire would have the 0-5v referrence signal? I want to splice it and run it to the PCM via A/C Pressure Sensor or EGR.

Is the 0-5v reference wire I am looking for between the sensor and controller, or is it between the controller and gauge? I looked all over the place and can't find the answer. I have a multimeter so I can test away, just need some advise so I don't screw anything up. I don't want to fry the controller or damage the sensor in anyway.

BTW, There are no ports on the controller to log externally.

    EDIT 11:04am
Anyone? How about this... Is it ok for me to randomly test sensor wires with a needle to check voltage readings while the sensor is plugged in and engine running?

I looked up a document for the LSU 4.9 wiring and found what each wire is but I can not figure the charts out completely. I can ID the heater wires and the calibration wire but the o2 sensor wires are confusing. Maybe if someone can look at the link and ID the 0-5v signal wire for me, here is the link and diagram

Any signal wire will do so as long as I can translate the signal to represent AFR in log.

    Please...Thanks

How would one go about this issue?

    Thanks guys, you all rock!
