Yeah the Century did, but Robert has put up a nice tutorial for running the DOHC PCM, why go with the A body setup? It has a MAF and no MAP, and not as well documented. TunerCats has a definition for it, but I don't know if anyone has made one for TP yet.

Did you read the OBD1.5-1 thread? 91-93 DOHC W body 3.4 cars. 93-94 3.1mpfi W cars had it too. Several people have had FS threads with DOHC parts for sale that you could have grabbed an ECM and wiring harnesses. Or check Ebay. A combination of both is how I got my stuff. I got a PCM for $30 shipped on ebay.

You should try and fix your injector wiring problem and document what pins went where for OBDII swap info even if you don't go with OBDII to tune with. You are this close, and it would help others.....

there is a TP def for 94-95 3100 A car, it's 1FA... not anywhere near as complete as DF though...

I think I am going to use tuner pros 94 95 3100 a body,as that is the only thing close to what I am trying to do..

As far as a write up on what I have done,I'll do that, and I checked my fuel injection part and everything was wired up right,That and the egr,are the only two codes it threw that I wasn't able to correct,or don't care to now, even though I did buy the egr to that computer..

Ah well better luck next go round

if i may be so bold, why exactly are you going with the MAF setup?

EDIT: and do you need the wiring diagrams for it?

Does it really matter MAf beside Map? Its just the only def TP has for 3100,figured it would be easier.. Issac said use the DOHC comp. But I may stay away from that one.. Seems to me the one TP has listed on there site would be an easy starting point.

As far as Diagrams,I should be covered. Unless you just happen to have them ready for dload,I can get them from my Dad.

yeah, i have damn near all the info necessary for any 82-02 gm car on hand at all times...

using the DOHC computer: why not? it's what i did(and what isaac is working on now). i even posted the BIN i came up with that works damn good with a 3100...

oh, and guess who sent Mark a lot of the files to post on the tunerpro site?

Well if you already have a bin whipped up to flash to that computer,I dont see why not use it then,I suppose one could edit that in TP? I ask because I am already getting familiar with TP. Or a bin and XDF ? The tuning is going to be so totally new to me,I can wire stuff all day, well I do for a living, but hacking ecm code, cant wait to learn :P

the hacking is already done, now you just have to "stretch to fit"...

tuning for fuel is ridiculously easy now thanks to some autotuning stuff i came up with... spark should already be decent for a small port 3100, but a 3400 would probably want a little bit more due to the larger bore. not too tough to accomodate...

and should you want to throw boost on it later, you can do so while still keeping the -e tranny if desired... thank Sil for that one, got the gears in my head turning REAL fast.

will my stock egr,cam sensor, and crank sensor wire up to this particular ecm?

not sure which version is on the site, but i took Sil's version, changed all of it over to *F instead of *C, fixed a few math/location errors, and then put it in the archive in the conversion thread...

yes, stock EVERYTHING works with it. though the cam sensor will no longer be necessary... the 24X crank sensor will also be unnecesary

so the DOCH computer gets all of its timing data? from the crank sensor?

yes, the 3X crank sensor is how it calcs fuel/timing.

Cool,Looking at the xdf the # of cylinders is blank, and initial spark advance is blank, are the blanks something that I am going to have to enter in? I have yet alot of reading to do :/ there are 4 GM bin files, does it matter which one I get?
