I am gonna be buying the hp tuner suite in the next month or two and I was hoping someone out there in 60* land would have experience and point me in the right direction as to what table to play with and what i should leave alone? I would like to squeeze another 20 hp or so out of my motor without sacrificing drivability , long term durability or my emissions

There's a lot of good tuning guides on the site, either in the threads, sticies or in the demos. You could probably spend a couple of weeks just reading and understanding the stickies and learning how HPT works.
There isn't likely to be one table that will get you tuned. You probably want to start out slowly. I recommend that you spend a lot of time with the scanner tool logging and analyzing data so that you understand what the engine data is telling you before you start changing anything in the tables. That process will allow you to see and undststand what effect your change had on the engine's operation.

I'll go give it a look thank you for pointing me in the right direction. As for modifications i'd be adjusting for right now it would be a ram air set up i put on the lumina but when next summer rolls around I will be re plumbing the exaust to help the motor exhale better. I know there will be afew tables i will have to play with after scanning the car to see whats doing what at specific times. I was thinking to scan to get a snap shot of regular driving and then once i have that saved do another at wide open to do abit of comparative studying. Anyhow again i appreciate the help

"Cram" air setup, that did a good job of boosting output on the Firehawk years ago and was later carried over to the late model Trans AM which I think is the best looking F-body ever with the hood air intake design that was said to be good for 25 hp.
I would think one of the most telling parameters after a modification like that would be your integrator values which would be higher at all the points the engine starts to see increased intake airflow above stock due to a leaner air fuel mix from the increased flow efficiency. The BLM value changes slower so I guess at some point those values would change as well with driving. That should guide you in the fuel table changes that may be needed.

you make a good point tuning the af to compensate for the additional flow would unlock some more ponies. The intake set up i have is made out of 3" aluminum tubing and has very slight bend to keep the turbulence down to a minimum.. theres afew pics of it in my garage on here. thanks a million again
