I just started to learn how to tune my car (I only read the guide on here). The links to the chips and burners, and all other moates products dont work. I was also wondering what program I can use and is there another place to buy the chips and other stuff?

I'm not sure about other places, but Moates is pretty much the go to source for GM OBD 1 tuning.

Most people around here prefer TunerPro RT. It's a very good program.
