I'm at the point where I want to get my tune dialed in better. It feels pretty good now but I can't seem to escape some KR in the 5-7k rpm range and I just know there are more ponies waiting to be unlocked. I want wideband logging to get a better look at the fueling side.
I believe it is possible to log the data from the wideband through the ecm but I don't really know the specifics and that is why this thread exists.
From what I understand of the hardware side, the 7730 should have an unused pin that I could connect the wideband output to. That would be the easy part, I'd just need to know the which pin.
The software side is what I don't know about. I use TunerPro RT for logging. I'm sure I would need to add something/mod it somehow to read the wideband output. BUT, does my bin need to be modded as well in order to feed the wideband data out the aldl serial port?
Has anyone done anything like this? Ideally, I want to log the wideband data along with the rest of the ecm functions so I can have a nice picture of everything at once. Should it matter, this is a 3.4 LQ1 on DF code in a W-body.
Any help/input appreciated!
