i have the same springs u have. my friend that did my valves for me said there louder than they should, i forgot why he said but he told me.. could that be a problem?
i have no clue if its "good fuel" its that crappy e10... 92 ocatine.. but it did smell like bad gas a while ago for some reason
i have the pushrods 2.. right now im just using crappy quaker state untill it gets tuned. i dont wanna do a 40 dollar oil change everytime i start my car.. im gettin gas in my oil with these injectors

Id try 90 as a start. 140 seems too high. THe injectors you have are about 57% more than your stockers. I forget what they come stock 16? 17lbs? I would trim 210 57% which is 90 and then see at idle what the computer is trying to do.

90 is MUCH too low.
mine is like 130 for 36 lb injectors.
i looked last night, stock 3.1 code has it as 224 for 16.5# injectors.
i was having major issues adjusting the idle, it just wouldnt idle good at all on the 8f code, i am running 42.5 lb/hr injectors and i finally got it to idle the other night , what i did was change the number under constants/scalars , then under fuel, go to INJ FLOW RATE FOR SINGLE FIRE , that is what i finally changed that made the car run good, i set mine to .1059 that seems to run the best with my injectors but i would assume that you would have to drop that number down drastically for injectors half the size.
right now the big problem i am having, is when i start the car up it runs super rich for about 15 seconds, like it actually blows smoke and i have to give it throttle to keep it alive. after the 15 seconds, it runs perfect.ill have to figure out why.

Going that large you need a wide band O2 sensor. Well you need the wide band regardless. But anyrate, what editor are you using? What's the mask file?
Whats your base palse constant at Vs EGR at or did you use the flag to use injector flow rate?
What the computer is doing is trimming fuel off, it trims too much thinking its still the 22lbs 'ers. You need to mess with the palse constant At idle still till it tryies not to trim fuel. In reality, you need to set the computer to not go into close loop, it will mess with your tune. check the A/F ratio at idle and check the IAC step count. A good IAC count is 10-20. If you have to stab the gas peddle to keep it alive, your off still.
Do you have to step on the gas peddle all the way to the floor while cranking to get it started again? Mess with the cranking palse width VS TPS then the VS the rpm.
Check your plugs. IF they are compleately black or wet, chenge them out. They go bad.

as for tuning, i am using Tunercat RT (using there 8F code) and Tunerpro RT (using the 8F_V2.xdf file which i think i downloaded from the tunerpro website.) i get the same results from both programs.
when i am in closed loop the blm is at 126-128 at idle so technically the ecm is not taking away any fuel or adding. i went in and disabled closed loop and i can get it running really smooth and at 14.7:1 afr according to the wideband, but as soon as i shut it off and restart the vehicle it falls flat on its face, it will either run to rich or to lean then 15 seconds later after running it it will run good again.
its like the ecm is adding extra fuel for inital startup, but way to much or to little.
also im finding that when i make changes to the VE tables, the car does not run any different. even while emulating, i can jack the VE table up to 100 all over and it wont run any different.
also i dont have to floor it all the time to start it, only some times, but even after its started its still running rough for about 15 seconds. so i dont think changing the crank pulse width will help. there must be an adjustment somewhere for inital startup fueling.
also after driving the car, the plugs look good.
im not sure what the BPC vs egr is, i keep messing with it, it will vary from 75 -122 depending on what i make the pulses per fire number.

I was messing around with it this morning and i can monitor my tech 1 scan tool. and i see that upon startup, the computer is setting the injector pulse width to 4-5 when it should be at 1.3 roughly. so im wondering what is making the injectors pulse that much for the first 10 seconds of startup.
Any ideas?

TPS reading correctly? Did you also try to run the stock code back in to see if the PW went back?
There was an error on GMPCM on Injector flow rate, can be the same for Injector rate for Single fire. I don't know about Tuner Pro since I haven't messed with my injector flow rate, only BPC vs TPS, Pump shot, and some VE tables.
Anyway, the HEX code on the 8f works backwards for Injector flow rate. Higher Hex is making the computer think its smaller injectors, Lower is bigger injectors.
Revers is what the computer is thinking it is. The Foward is what the editor is spiting out at you.
