That company will keep retuning for FREE once you paid for the chip/tune once. All you must pay is shipping costs. So it would probably be beneficial for them to finish tuning it instead of paying a shop hundreds more to finish it up.

yeah but i just dont like the idea of a perfect tune with out a dyno or some1 being in my car with a laptop

but for that price it would be well worth it to me for just a better starting point

I would think that if you had a real professional (someone that knows these GM engines) tuner sending you a chip there would be very little need of a dyno UNLESS you just want to see some graphs and have printed proof of you power output. Although you could just take it to the track after its tuned to pretty much figure that out.
You have a wideband already, you can log now, then with a good tuner it should all fall into place. I bet with 2-4 tries from sinister it'll be 99% perfect and the dyno really wouldn't be needed.
Have you talked with them yet? What they say?

i emailed them about getting a base tune with it setup for my injectors and they said with out my datalogger working there wouldnt be a warrenty or something like that. but im cleaning the hell outa my laptop thinking maybe it will work with the tuner pro datalogger. if not im downloading the program you sugested or i may just download it no mater what

with a datalog i may just have them do there best, then take it and dyno it myself but we will see how far i get on sunday

there is no such thing as the perfect tune..

It's going to take a few weeks of work but you have all the tools to get it done, I probably have a base tune you could start out with.

I honestly use the TGP file to log since I am boosted. IF I were you I would contact them and see what they say. It shouldn't matter, just a couple things will not be reading (like turbo WGDC for example) .

i got a few logs with my 28# injectors from tunerpro. its froze once but at least i got a few logs in neutral. it WILL not idle and im clueless on that. seems to be rich (high 9s) with the bpc vs egr at 140.

i also have to hold the petal to the floor and if im lucky it will start. after its been running and dies or i turn it off it will not start for a good hour (like maybe its flooded??)

it does sound a LOT healthier at upper rpms

i tired to drive it but it died after backing up when i was putting it in first

Your using the 8f code? then 140 is too rich even for stock injectors. Set it at 50-40. Stock on the BPC Vs EGR its at 105 for the 22lbs. So if your going to the larger injectors, set it lower.

What code are you using A1 ??

$A1 code.. it's like 210 for stock injectors, 140 should work for 28lb injectors...
