    The Haltech uses gauge pressures for its map lookups, while the GM uses absolute. Just subtract 100 kPa from the GM pressures to get the Haltech values. WOT on the Haltech is 0 kPa, 100 kPa on the GM. Idle running with vacuum is ~-70 kPa on Haltech, ~30 kPa on the GM.

    I would be curious to see some of these modifed BIN files as well. I am working on a spreadsheet to convert the GM timing maps to a format that can be input to a Haltech.

      I have absolutely no problems starting my car. It fires up real quick, and rarely stutters, or misses. As to the Bin files, I don't have them. Ben does the programming for me. And the ones that he has now are not accurate seeing that I have done a lot more work to my car since he saw it last. It still runs fine, but now that I have the vacuum problem taken care of, he can better tune it.
