well the only thing that is different from a 60 degree is the firing order, is there a way to change that or will the crank sensor figure that out? and the 3.3L has a maf sensor, and no egr valve, and the engine is dis, the motor has alot of power though, it hauls ass and even more so with a 5 speed in it, but i got no speedo now and it keeps stalling out. thanks for the help, any more info is greatly appreicated! thanks

firing order is taken care of with the ignition module. You will lose MAF functionality. disabling EGR is not a problem.
Okay now, that's enough of that.

well i dont know if it makes a differnece or not, but if i disconnect the maf sensor then the car barely runs and it back fires like crazy, if theres no line for the maf then technically it should still run fine, could i just transfer over the spark and fuel curve onto the new chip? or is it more complicated than that? thanks

You'd have to use a vacuum port and get one then... None of our v6's use a MAF... I dont think?
Okay now, that's enough of that.

              For What It's Worth:
The Old 2.8MPFI Beretta Used The MAF (1987-198 .
I Think It's A Five Wire Plug Harness. It Can Easily Be Converted Over To The IAT (Speed Density Upgrade) .

              Also Certain 3100SFI Beretta's Ended Up With A MAF ( EDIT: 1996 ONLY )

94 Beretta 3100 doesn't have a MAF. I don't think the 95s do either. Pretty sure the MAF didn't come back into the picture until they went to OBD-2.

ok, i used the bfuz code and the car started but i instantly got a ses light and it ran really rough and huffed out alot of black smoke, so i imported the spark curve and everything from my stock chip and it ran a little better but still very rough. i think its because its not utilizing the the maf sensor , its trying to use a map sensor that doesnt exist.

                      That's important to have.

But now you know that it works, and what you have to do....

ok where is a good website to download bin files, i found a place that says a gm prom BDHS , id 8184, scan id 6234, eeprom 16188183 , ecm 01228706, engine 3.3L , it says its for a manual transmission, now this engine was never offered with a manual, but im willing to try this bin file. thanks

                          You can try here:

There's another one, but with far less binaries... I can't find it.

I just wanted to throw this out there for grand prix gtp 91.Believe it or not GM took a beretta stuffed a 3.3L in it then get this "twin turbos pushing this thing to 375hp.It was never mass produced but just a proto type I thought that was kind of cool.
