obd conversion ?'s

Alright, i fail to grasp the whole code programming for the memcals. And im not really super big on the $$$ for an E6GM and a laptop.

my car is an 86 cavalier, i was wondering whats involved in swapping the ecm from a obd2 3.4 camaro. what are the tuning options for the sfi camaros? obviously im not running the original motor.

If it's OBD2, HP tuners and DHP should have tuning solutions for it.

ebays got nothing, i dont think it'll matter if its a 3800 or 3.4 sfi f-body ecm (as long as its a stick) since im putting a mild 3.1 bored out into my car. with any luck the cam and such will put it right up there with the 3800 flow... maybe, i can dream cant i? for all intents and purposes maybe i can use from a 4.3 s-10 with a stick. just gotta find one. i'll call around the salvage yards thursday.
