HELP need winnipeg tuner

well, i got some 33:37 gears and chain, and i have a 30 tooth diff, so my fdr will be 3.73.... i think im going to need to tune my chip, i have 2 blanks and some software but no laptop or programmer

is there anyone in winnipeg or close by that will program a chip for me?
