PROM question

What is the best TGP Prom to start out with? I plan on buying an emulator in the next few months, but I need a prom in the meantime to test wastegate actuator function, etc. Basically to move the car in and out of the garage, limp it along until I can tune, etc. I am running the correct ECM for this prom, which is controlling a 3100 in a 84 fiero se with a 4 spd. This is just merely to test the wiring and function for the wastegate actuator. I just need to know the GM part number.
