96 gp dohc dhp powertuner guinea pig EDIT: ordered

anyone in the chicago area want to test out a dhp powertuner on their 96 dohc? i talked to charles and currently they dont have the tuner set up for a 96 gp but for a 96 monte. i gauged interest in having one set up for my 96 and he said he would need to have it tested out first to make sure it would work. i could do it but he would rather have someone near him to do it. i posted here first but ill post elsewhere if noone is interested

edit: finally got this going for me. ordered it the other day should probably be a while till i see it though. ne1 have one yet? i know tim got one but was wondering if anyone else has one, esp for the 3.4X. hopefully ill get on the secret tuner site soon so i can start doing more research.

Do you have any more info on the 96 DOHC PowrTuner? I'm seriously considering a OBD2 swap. I've contacted DHP about a PowrTuner for a 96 or 97 Z34, but am waiting on a reply. Thanks.

SWEET! I emailed DHP a will back and they said there was no support and planing had been canceled at that time. but this sounds good. you are testing the tuner right? the $400 programer right? keep us informed! i'd love to get one of these . wonder if there are people in the FL area that would want to chip some $$$ in in exchange for a pcm tuning

hrmm, yeah i got it the other day. its f'in sweet. i havent used it much yet; mostly to change the pulses per mile to compensate for my smaller tires, but ill be tuning for some larger injectors. a local cgp member is going to help me learn how to use it this weekend. yeah, the $400 powrtuner.
