Obviously every GM dealership in your area will have one, and many independent shops have them as well. I'd suggest calling them up and get some pricing if you can't find anyone on here to do it.
You may or may not know 10 times what i do.

Anyone with a DHP unit can run this procedure as well. Just a FYI.

Its under real-time tools when you have the DHP scanner connected.

If this is the CASE relearn, HPTuners can do this as well. Not all cars need this done with a tuned PCM and I can't find anything concrete on when or why its necessary (to disable the code, the car still runs).

im not trying to disable the code, the directions on the install said that the crankshaft position system needs a relearn with the new pcm, i havent put it in yet so i dont know if itll just plug and play.

The car will run without it being relearned. However, often times it will set a dtc and check engine light saying that it needs to be learned. So you should be able to install it and drive it. If the check engine light comes on, then it'll need to be learned. I've just noticed with vehicles that I've replaced the PCMs it idles a bit smoother after the learn procedure has been performed. That's about it.
