3.1 computer

i have a 3.1 in a 1990 cavalier, does anyone know where i can get a chip made for the cmputer that would eliminate egr and be able to raise the rev limiter and other options i might need deleted, we are dirt track racing with the cars. also i have another cavalier with a newer 3.2 i believe its out of a 2002 buick centry or somthing like that. would the chip be the same for both cars? also is there any tricks for either engine for more horsepower, i knw cold air intake might help. no exhast mods. thanks

I do the tuning for WOT-Tech, and can take care of a 3.1 or 2000 3100 swap, but it won't be the same tune to run both.
