Lumina TBI ī93 3.1l computer

Hi everybody; I donīt have a part or model number but the output transistors are blown. By the numbers on them I canīt find the original? or substitutes.
It has four with the following:
44 33 M 324, 50 98 M 324, 8790M 317, 8790 M R004.
If you need any more info, please let me know
Suggestions as to info, original or substitutes, where to buy?

What is the service number on the ECM?

Hi Dave; Service Number 16196391 BJBF. Then comes some bar code and, maybe serial number? 86BJBFKD32220382.

Getting the components for that ECM is going to be a royal pain, If it's just the injector drivers you could steal them out of another one like a 1227730 but you'd have to do a lot of research to get a good aftermarket replacement transistor for it.

Hi Dave I know about the royal pain! Now Iīm not a mechanic, just an electronic technician. If anybody knows what type of transistors these are, PNP or NPN, or whatever I wouldnīt mind trying some substitute.
Went to the ad, but it says they īdonīt ship to Venezuela, canīt understand why?
If I get this to work, Iīll let you know.
Off topic, would any of you say itīs safe to buy on eBay even from China? Thanks a lot!

the injector drivers are FETs, i know that much.

Thanks Robert but his model is different. It uses Field Effect Transistors, thatīs why the pins are called Gate, Drain and Source, G, D and S in the pic. Mine uses bipolar transistors Base, Collector and Emitter.
