?? harness and control box compatibility ??

I have a 3.4 engine complete with all of the sensors as it was cut out of a 94 Firebird. Does anyone know what other cars and years would contain a compatible harness and box? Also, is there a difference between those parts for a manual transmission car and one with an automatic?
