Hello! Great site, I have a quick question that I'm sure will be simple for someone here:
1991 3.1 Lumina, just rolled 100,000 kms, and it is mostly original, one owner etc... Starts fine in warmer weather and also once it has been running. In temps below 15 deg celcius or so, (50 F?) it needs to crank and crank prior to starting. It will then stall a few times, but after idling for a couple of minutes, it's off to the races, no issues.
No other indications that fuel pressure is low, so I'm not worried about the pump at this point (filter is new), but I'm thinking coolant temp sensor unless someone here knows otherwise.
I don't have an OBD 1 scanner, but there are no DTC lights on or flashing.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Brent.
