ECM - Trouble Code 33

Hi everyone,

I have a 91 1227727 ECM (3.1 MPFI) that's giving a Trouble Code 33 which is MAP sensor voltage high. I checked the voltage between the ground and the +5 volt reference signal at the MAP sensor and it's battery voltage (12 volts). Am I right in assuming that the ECM is probably bad? I tried a known good MAP sensor with the same result.
