He uses the Tis2Web, puts a file in the folder that Techline uses for VCI#s to upload his custom files.

He modifies the files with another editor.

I no longer have access to Tis2Web, but have the latest DVD, but have not found how (if possible) to do it the way he does.

I believe I have another way. I want to see if I can get a hold of a tech2 here in MI.
