I am using a M62 blower on a stock 3.1 that is in a 1993 sunbird GT with a 5 speed. I am building an adaptor plate that bolts on to the top of the manifold and blows straight down. I plan on using a 2 bar map sensor, 22lbs injectors and a 3.1 turbo chip for management. does anyone know if this setup will work? Can anyone sell me a 3.1 turbo chip?

I wouldn't think the turbo chip would work very well at all with the supercharger. The way they make boost is totally different, and the computer will be very confused. I'm not saying it won't work, because I don't know much about it, but it seems like it would be very difficult to work.
Remember, the supercharger doesn't have lag that the computer is going to expect it to have, and it isn't going to be intercooled (unless you are making a custom intercooler) and the M62 isn't a very efficient blower, so if you didn't get a lot of knock with the TGP chip and that setup I would be amazed.

I dunno, but what about hood clearance. I think that the supercharger is atleast thinker than 4" and say you used a 3/8 plate on top of the LIM, you'll be sticking that thing up a few inches over the hood if you plan on any type of plenum to get air in. I'd say it wouldnt work for many reasons but thats the main one......
