Is there an interface and software that I could use with my laptop that would work on my 93 3.4, 97 Tahoe, and 2000 Regal? What do you guys recommend?

Freescan will work with the 93 3.4. www.andywhittaker.com I think. You need an aldl cable as well. I got mine from www.akmcables.com but you can make your own or find one cheaper probably. Dunno about the newer stuff other than for the palm pilot.

I know Actron makes a OBD-I Connector for their codescanners, don't remember the part number, but i do know it's like $30, and i can get it at Autozone

I dont know of anything but I know someone who would.
He's one of those tech guys who get all the toys from all
sorts of manufatures( for free) He test them and fills out a
