Unless you told them about the rockers I doubt they would even know that they hit.Last edited by 3400-95-Modified; 09-08-2008, 08:13 AM.

Not yet. I'm still looking about. I got sidetracked on the muffler and swaybars. If you know someone who has one for sale let me know.
Where in PA? Also I wouldn't bring my intakes to a shop and have them do that... With the possible need of switching rockers OR grinding them down for clearance I doubt and shop would touch that swap. Too much custom and possibility for them leaving something done improperly to get in trouble for it.
Unless you told them about the rockers I doubt they would even know that they hit.
Damn, you're right and I wouldn't blame them either. Guess I'm cranking the wrenches on my own again...... and praying I don't royally f*** something up, lol.1995 "Driftwood Metallic" Cutlass Ciera

This OBD 1.5 isreally disappointing So there is a way to do certain things to this ecm,If you can remove the rev limiter and change shift points,Thats a start,to say that more can be done.. Just cause no one has mapped out all the values, cause no one cares about hopping up a 3xx motor... I wouldn't be afraid to go into the computer and just start changing stuff and see what results come from it..
I guess that when one opens up the computer in turnercat pro w/e that you are met with some hex values etc.... I dunno cause I never messed with it yet,but am in the process of getting a lap top set up to see what I can see...
Obd II swap is the last thing I want to do,but the car wont idle until it warms up
,and runs extremely rich until it gets warm, almost get a smell of raw gas just like you poured it out on the ground... :/ So I have to do something......
It doesnt look like this http://www.moates.net/product_info.p...roducts_id=126 will work either...
always somthing..

Not sure what that G4 thing is....
But the method was hex editing and flashing via a techII... You're not going to get far trying to randomly change hex values... lol
You can re-pin to OBDII, or swap engien harnesses, or piggy back megasquirt.. Those are the options right now.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

But does OBD1 control the 4t60-e?? A body EEPROM might work, but likely would be more wiring change than obd2.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

ok what would be the most efficient route? Since I have a 4t60e would obd 1 be the best? I guess with the obd II I would have more tuning options, but how would this crap trans work with that ecm?
Oh, went to sunrise Pontiac today to order some new o rings for my accumulator pistons, and asked the friggin parts guy about a ecm update,he got real smart ass about it,and said bring the car up there and let them scan it to see what software version I am running, and see if there is a update,He talked like they could update it np,But again this was from one of these typical dumb*** southern fools.....
The whole experience up there has just ticked me off,why dont they hire someone who knows wtf there talking about.... ooops ranting
