I gotmine last week and it looks great. As usual from Ryan, it came well packaged. Regrettfully, I haven't had time to do anything with it though. I want to make an adapter to bolt it on the 3900 and maybe an 3.8SC adapter as well.

I am sorry everyone, I have been super busy at school. I have the 3400 adapter modeled up and will hopefull machine the first one early this next week. I am hoping I can sell them for around $50 and will let you guys know as soon as I can.

PS- dose anyone have a spare 3500 intake/stock TB manifold I could borrow to take some measurments??

                  Update.

I am trying to get some machine time in here at work but it is proving to be a bit difficult. I hope to have a solid one made some time this week, and will let you guys know when I have one finished.

                      More on the update.

So I have been working on solving a small problem. Two of the bolt holes for the 3400 and the N* TB overlap when the both TB bores are concentric. This means I would either have to machine features into the sides of the adapter using up more machine time and the parts costing more because they would need to be quite a bit thicker and I would have to supply studs and nuts. This also means that I will have to make a much more complicated model of the part. Here is how it looks with the bores concentric

What I am trying to do is get my boss let me use the wire EDM and make the bores off center because doing it on the 5-axis mill is extrememly difficult. This means a slightly higher cost but less time coming up with a useable part. (the drawing shouldnt say 77mm it should be 75mm)
I am going to try and make one to make sure that shifting the TB up and to the side that it dosnt hit anything else that is all ready on the 3400.

In all I was wondering how many people are intrested in an adapter for the 3400 if the cost was around $50-60 for one??

                        Meez

Edit - Would it be thick enough to direct the air to the offset AND smaller hole well enough?

You can always rotate the throttle body 15 degrees to clear....

Hah yeah that would probally be the best idea
As long as the throttle controls had enough slack.

Yeah, and rotating it doesn't make it hit something else... I don't know how tight clearances are everywhere else... just an idea to look into
Okay now, that's enough of that.

Just got these from TCE. No o rings yet and I don't know how much they are to give a price, but I have pictures. When I put these on the store, I am going to put FOR BOOST ONLY on it. Check the last pic to see how much you will have to remove from the plenum extension. I have no clue what is up with all the holes either so maybe marc can explain it for me.

I will include the bolts to attach this to the plenum. Unsure on the O ring groove situation right now as I don't have any O rings this big.
