Red 92 Z-34. 110,000 miles. I installed an overhauled engine that ran for 15 seconds. The engine still turns over but the cams are not spinning. I took the plastic timing cover off and the timing tensioner is still tight, the cams are still lined up and nothing visible has failed, so I believe the timing chain snapped. I have never driven this car. I bought it blown up and overhauled a good used LQ1 out of a 93 Cutlass. The engine has new clevite rod bearings installed, new Victor Reinz Head gasket set with new GM head bolts and a new Napa timing component set( 2 idler pulleys, tensioner pulley and timing belt ). I have a whole bunch of extra parts including a complete set of cylinder heads w/ cam carriers, alternator, oil pan, upper and lower intake, timing cover and various bolts, fasteners and covers. The car has 16" Monte Carlo 5 spoke wheels with 225/ 50 ZR 16 Kumho Ecsta Supra tires. These tires are directional and are in excellent shape. I also have the original Z-34 wheels with a mismatched set of 225 60 16 tires. These tires are in useable shape but are not all the same brand. I also have the original engine which is junk, but it has all the small stuff attached.
The car looks very nice, but the bumpers and spoiler have severly faded paint. The rest of the car looks excellent. The front bumper has damage to the lower valance which can be repaired, but I also have an extra Z34 bumper that is the same color red and is in much better condition.
The interior is light gray and dirty but in good condition with no holes, rips or tears. The power windows and locks all work and the lights all work. The dash pad has large brown marks across the whole pad, but I have a nice used Gray pad in the backseat. There is no radio. I have about $1000 into this car so far. I am done with this car. I will take any offer close to a $1000 dollars. Unfortunately both digital cameras I have are broken. So no pictures yet. If any one wants to look, PM me.
