Time to sell it off, Here is what you get:
1992 5spd Transmission, Rebuilt, Has the 3.94:1 GTZ final drive gear swapped in, GTZ Close Ratio 4th gear at 1.03:1 (stock is .92:1) This 4th is a much stronger pulling gear for the track. 5th gear I retained stock .72:1 Overdrive to keep for better highway cruising RPM with the Higher 3.94:1 Final Drive gear.
I WILL include the old 3.61:1 FDR gears and shaft if somone wants it.
Transmission has the 1991+ Electronic Speedo Reluctor ring (Steel ring with notches) I Can and Will if requested Pull trans apart and install older Cable style Plastic reluctor ring on trans diff for proper speedo Upon request of buyer.
Transmission recieved new Synchro Blocking rings for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th about 20,000 KM's ago. Brand new bearings.
The transmission itself only has about 50,000 Km's on it total. The trans was purchased 4 years ago with only 15,000 kms on it from a co-worker who took it out of a 1991 Cavalier under warranty back in 1992 with only 15,000 Km's. The trans was pulled due to some odd noise the customer was complaining about. A new trans was installed in this customers car but did not fix the actuall noise issue, (was not trans related) When I purchased this transmission I tore it apart and went through it and made sure it did not have any issues. Put it in the car and ran it with never any noise or problems.
Engineered Performance RACE Limited Slip Differential.
This diff was the FIRST LSD that EP did for the 5spd getrag/muncie trans. I purchased this Diff as a "Street" version back in 2003. In 2004 season I sent back the LSD to EP and had it upgraded to the Race version clutches and springs. This diff was the first to get the new EP Race clutchs. The LSD has only about 8,000 KM's on it. With about 6 or 7 Track outings.
Diff was properly installed using the proper GM shim selection tool to verify and properly shim the differential. This isn't just some backyard throw the new diff in (which does not work) and hope that its ok.
Comes with the Utra Rare Beretta Aluminum Axle tube setup and spare O-ring gaskets (which are discontinued) and such New axle seal.
This is a Stronger setup than the factory Intermediate shaft setup.
Torque steer was reduced quite a bit from this upgrade. You cannot buy this setup anymore. Hard to find only on a few years of beretta. Curtis Walker scored this shaft for me in Texas.
Rare GTZ Short Throw shifter gear select lever on trans. Shorter throws even without having to fuck with the stock shifter. Much quicker shifting.
Trans has always been run on GM synchromesh.
