  • alt bracket for 3x00 swap/CS130

i am not sure who has done this swap yet using the cs130, however i have.

i've got a modified alternator bracket - originally off my 3.1 - to use the CS130 alternator from an MPFI car(2.8/3.1) one a 3x00 swap. it needed a bit of clearancing to clear the rear valve cover. this bracket gives 1/4" clearance(approx 5/16" material was removed in a smooth radius to clear the cover) to the rear cover. it was clearanced where you can't see it when installed, however i did a nice job on it anyway. it has been blasted and clear coated and was installed on my 3400 in my 94 lumina for a few weeks. looks like new.

    $25 shipped in the US.

so this will allow my alternator in my 95 gp 3100 to work in a 02 3400 that i'm swapping in. If so i am the BUYER!! sold I just bought a brand new alternator a few weeks ago.

you can use your factory 3100 bracket.

this is for people putting a 3x00 into a 2.8 or 3.1 MPFI (pre 3x00) car and who want to retain their factory harness/alternator.
