I have to get rid of it for a truck, so no turning back now! It's an 89 z24 has a 2.8 v6 with a 5spd. Body has about 175k on it, and is in decent shape, no surface rust! The engine has around 60k on it. It runs good, but has a noisy lifter not a rod knock a lifter! And you only hear it every once in a while, motor was checked by a certified mechanic who said it was a lifter, said it wouldn't hurt anything to still drive it so I do with no problems Compression was anywhere from 155 to 160 psi in every cylinder. I have put countless money into it, I have all reciepts for the following: Newer tranny out of a 91z24 with 33k miles on it, newer clutch, new alternator, new starter, new struts,and new valve stem seals, along with upper and lower intake gaskets. I've replaced balljoints, motor mounts etc. It needs new driveshafts, and needs a rear main seal cause it's leaking oil. Have receipts totaling more than $1300 that I've put in or on this car in the last year. I'm asking $1200 bo.
