  • WTB: 2.8L DIS Crank

Ill try here one last time before I hit the overpriced wreckers.

Prefer to buy Canadian for obvious reasons.

    Thanks!

I just sold a nice unit yesterday. I have another one still in the block but you'll have to give me a few days before I pull it out if you want.

i have one, but it has a pretty nasty journal. it would likly need to be turned .030" to be usable. ill go measure it up later.

Hey Sharkey for sure keep me posted...there is a guy here in edmonton who wants 100 bucks for a piece of shit i get to pick from a pile....nice...

Id prefer one that didnt need much more than a polish but have a look at yours and we will go from there...

GinoBeats - still interested in yours too.

You may want to take a look at this, unfortunately I won't have time to pull apart the short block until next week. Crazy at work and after work with work to finish

my crank is deffinitly going to need a .030 cut. its ground down .016" but its a little more worn on one side than the other. .020" may be enough, but .030 is most likley what it will need. this is on one rod journal, the rest are ok and the mains need a polish.

id only recomend this crank if you cant find anything else. ill take $20+ shipping for it.

donk you dont' want a crank that needs to be turned or has been.

                  Find something good.

                    Shaun,
I agree. I need as much metal as i can get on those rod journals for this build.
