  • LOOKING FOR: 96-97 DOHC intake assembly for the conversion

    hello, im looking to purchase any and all parts needed to do the 96-97 intake conversion on my 95 3.4 DOHC. I think that I'll need the t-body, t-body neck, upper intake, lower intake, and fuel rail. If im missing anything, please let me know.

    3.4 DOHC- 95 engine, custom intake manifold, custom cams, ported exhaust manifolds, Turbonetics T-62, Haltech standalone, 13.5 psi, air/h20 intercooler... yadda yadda...
    1987 Fiero, ST lowering springs, KYB's, Clutchnet dual diaphragm 6-puck, custom paint, 18's with falken fk452 225 front Nitto NT05 245 rear. Should be around 450whp...

    yes, u will need the coolant tube the goes from the wp to your lower intake (gmpd) and you will need a coilpack bracket(which i have) if u want to relocate them, u will need a throttle cable bracket (which i have one as well) and u wil need to do an egr conversion i do have one of those but it is made for a 96-97 ex mani . other than that a little vac hose re-routing and u will be set. i also have a vac diagram listed in my swap article listed on the bottom of the homepage.

      I just did this and will be doing a write-up on it soon, look for it this week on the main page.
      I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

        thanks guys! If i do this, and i need to move the coils i'll just relocate them somewhere else in the vast Fiero engine bay As for the thorottle, well i allready have it jerry-rigged, so it cant get much worse lol. I'll find a way to get it to work. Maybe i should just be looking for a parts motor?
