3400 Engine "Price Drop"

I was wanting to know if anyone would be interested in buying my 3400 engine.

It has 43k miles on it and is from a 2002 Venture Minivan.

It Cost me 200 bucks to have it shipped to a loading dock here in Louisville. Then i had to go pick it up. Wasnt to bad just getting the engine in the cold was bad.

Still.. That becomes more oney than I can spare (Yes, I know.. for a motor that new, that low mileage, it is a deal.. Damn..) If you do part it, I'd take the top end..

I'm very interested in the engine. I don't live to far away, so shipping wouldn't be an issue. I just want to know what all comes with the motor> ps pump, alternator, etc? Is the motor in running condition, or need work? Willing to work on the prices a little? Not looking to low ball, but gas isn't cheap nowadays. Let me know, I have cash now.
