You can't run .550 lift. I mean, you could if you shaved the valve guides, found valve springs with a lot more room before coil bind, and machine the cam carriers for 37mm lifters. Forget that .550 is way too much for valve head diameter, piston clearances, etc.

At .370 lift, you aren't seeing even half of 47 cfm.
At 3.7 lift your are still getting nearly a 30 cfm increase in flow. I was thinking the stock lift was around .4 or just under. Sorry about the math error.

In any case, ANY increase in lift is going to yeild more power in an exponential fashion. We've both extablished that. Where you end up along that curve is your choice.

The point remains, these heads have MEASURED, SUBSTANTIAL increase in air flow and that means POWER.

96 intakes... Honed them before with good results. The TB can be built as well... it's all a matter of wants/needs versus expense.

The intake that is pictued and was dyon's was from a 1991/1992

Are these fully assembled and rebuilt? New lifters or valves? Or are these just the stock casting ported and polished? Thanks.

Just the heads... P&P'd and throated.

        You assemble.

Although, if a Guy wanted a set that way, I supposed it could be done... hand't thought of that.
