no, rims are in very good condition.. they could use new center caps but I was just going to replace them with my Oldsmobile ones.

            they are 5x114.3
            17x8

            don't know the offset..

They fit any GP, Cutlass, Lumina (any w-body) and there are alot of DSM's that have them too. They are a lightwiehgt wheel (like 17lbs. a piece)

The tires are SONAR Sport NS-1's (a Nankang knockoff I believe from germany). The rears are at about 60% and the front are at about 40%. They hooked great while I had them and they are direction tread.

Wrong bolt pattern of our cars. Our cars are 5 x 115..5 x 114.3 will fit but it isn't safe.

Wow, you have no knowledge of wheel fitment. Someone with knowledge of w-body's please chime in HAHA.

FYI these came off a 1998 GP GT and now they are on my 1997 Cutlass. W-body's can run 5x115 and 5x114.3 and both are just as safe.

Before you fill my thread with your nonsense please research on the vehicles you are talking about.

I would never use 114.3x5 on my w body again. I had 4 break off on me doing 70 through some turns in kentucky. I had others break off as well over the couple years I had those rims.

                    wow..

It's pretty hard to believe all four wheels broke off on you doing 70. It is a w-body you know..not a rally car.

There are tons of w-body guys running 5x114.3 on there cars with no problems and I call your story BS.

Speed limit was 65 so I don't think driving down the interstate constitutes rally car driving. I said 4 broke off, meaning studs. If all 4 tires broke off all 5 lugs then I would say I would be dead or lucky, cause thats damn near impossible anyway for them to break at the same time. Seriously, did you even think about that before you called BS on my story.

It happened on my way to the first 60V6 meet so I have people who will vouche for me. That and I have no real reason to lie about any of this. Grow up.

GL on the sale. They won't sell here...If W-Body will voche then why is no one buying them over there?

Though I can't vouch for Bens story, I will say that I believe it because I am running 115 wheels on a 114.3 car and have had issues with the nuts coming loose. Another issue is the wheels will have runout if the inside of the wheel does not fit the outside of the hub correctly. When you tighten the first nut, it pulls that hole center and the rest of the studs flex/bend when tightened. On the road it gives the feeling of out-of-balance or a broken belt at slow speed.

um...how many GP's....1st, and second gen, have the 077's.....LOTS and LOTS and TONS......the 077's are 144.3.....and i've never heard of ONE bad story.....

I had the 077's for 15k miles and NO problems.

I do understand what CNCguy said in his last post......I just made sure i tightened the lugs in a star patter....slowly as to have it pull back to center evertime i tightened the lug.....

The new Z06 exposes European sports cars for what they really are....overprice, underperforming snobs.
