Just pulled a hollow core out of my 2004 LA1 3400 this weekend. 190,000km on it.

interested. do you happen to have 2 cam sprockets as well? don't have to be usable, or even for a 3x00 for that matter. 1984 Cavalier type 10 hatch 3100 5spd!!!
