Thank you Hatch... I am located in Florida. I traded for one set but there were no fasteners and the balancer does not like my crank for some reason?? What year is your stuff and do you think it is compatible w/the 95' Camaro pushrod ? Do you have all the odd bolts?

      Thanks...

Why don't you want to use the RWD timing cover and such from your car? It sounds like you are swapping in a 3400, so using the RWD timing cover and such makes teh swap easier overall in a RWD vehicle IMO.

Also the balancer is a press fit, and is bets installed with a balancer installer. I am mentioning that in case you wer eunder the impression it was a slip fit, since there are some engines that are slip fit.

Thanks Raven, I did not realize that about the balancer, I just torqued it on w/hand tools... Thanks!

I am swapping a 95' Camaro 3.4 into a small 50's british car, when you swap to a FWD timing cover it free's up room in the front for a huge spal fan and moves the crank pulley back ...

Oh, I see what you're doing now...

It sounded initially to me that you were swapping a 3400 in place of a 3.4 in a Camaro.

Did you block the bypass hole in the block before putting the timing cover on? It looks to me like there will be a coolant leak from this hole if it's not plugged properly.

I might be interested in your 3.4 front cover parts, if they are not too expensive with the ride.
