Modified or not it still works, it would just be cost of the work you would be out on... I'm running the modded crank in mine right now with a factory chain. If done right it only adds chain clearance and doesn't modify where the sprocket runs.

My motor is sealed up with fresh gaskets. Luckily the spare crank I had hasnt been modified yet.

I wish there was something to say about this other than I'm completely pissed off at the lack of communication on TCE's side of this. No update in over 2 months when he said he was close to a resolution is ridiculous...

I know its a little dead thread atm. Just stopped in to say I dropped mine off to milzy last week while I went out to his shop. Mine I wanted looked over. And will have oil slots added on the cam sprocket since it didn't have it.

If you got the previous email from him I can only assume you will get another when he has an update. I don't think asking here really helps anything unless you never got the latest update. He doesn't look at this forum anymore to my knowledge.
