nearly finished 97 gtp project $3300 or best

I have a 97 gtp project that I don't have time to finish. I have alot of pics of the entire process, but will only post a few. The car was wrecked when I bought it. I replaced the driver rear quarter and painted the entire car. While I was at it, I shaved the moldings on the doors and quarters and welded the holes shut to give it a cleaner look. I was about finished with the car, but had some issues with the surfacer on the bumpers. Then, I became too busy with my job to be able to finish it. So, it needs the bumpers and the two long ground effect pieces painted (I still have paint), right rear brake line, radiator(leaking), and an alignment. I can go into alot more detail, but will save that for those who are interested. I'm open to offers and trades.
