    Update!
I ended up getting car put together
It is 100% complete including dual exhaust..it runs and everything works...but sounds like a rod started knocking with 45mins of run time...
I am just happy it happened to me instead of someone else...everything was new and built by a well known engine machine shop...
    Still for sale as is..$2000
    not interested in parting out
    any questions hit me up

The machine shop has not got back in touch with me. I will be calling them again on monday. If they don't want to lose tons of business they will cover it but,as of now I can not make a promise they will.

              How bad is the knock?
Think it would drive to Fort Wayne?

I wouldn't drive it..I wouldn't want to cause any more damage
If your in Fort wayne and you want it..I could try to help you out with hauling it
I talked to the machine shop...not looking like they want to stand behind their work..they are giving me the run around about it..I think its going to be a battle

Don't give up the fight yet. You'd be giving up on a lot of your hard earned money if you do. Just throw around some big words like lawsuit

They are trying hard not to make me upset to much...hence the run around instead of saying no..due to the fact that my family members have a rather large racing contract with them.I'm not going to throw dirt at them.....yet

Who ever signs the contract with them, your family, ask them to ask the shop whats up with this? That'll put a fire under someones seat, always does cause money talks and the man who signs the check calls the shots.
