  • Rotrex Blower kit 3100/3400

    It's up for sale.

    What you get :

    Rotrex C30-94 blower
Braket to hold the SC to any 3100/3400. Will not fit a 3500 without mods.
    Intercooler
    (6) 42# Ford racing injectors
Tuned chip (ran 11.92 on 91 octane)
    2 bar map
    Greddy Type S BOV
Can include random 2" and 2.5" silicone couplers even have the 3"to 2.5" for the TB.

What you will need to get it going :

    Charge piping (damaged in crash)
Oil lines for the SC (damaged in crash)
a small oil cooler for the SC (damaged in crash)
oil reservoir for the SC (damaged in crash) - can use an oil catch tank or alum. radiator overflow tank.

With my chip the setup runs well, not perfect, but I wasn't afraid to drive it 300 miles to the track. Setup for a 55 psi FPR.

I had a 3400 with STOCK headbolts, and rotating assy. All it had done basically were LS6 springs and a 210/214 .506 .506 on a 110 cam 3500 upper 70mm TB, headers, a good exhaust and it ran very well !! Engine was ULTRA reliable, I don't know how many HUNDREDS of passes were on this setup, but it just plain works.

Asking 1700$ I will throw in the cam, springs, custom pushrods for an extra 200$ if you buy the complete kit.

Any questions just PM me or ask here.

Where does this mount to the 3400 engine... and what was the belt routing? I never saw an engine bay shot of your car.

Did it replace the AC compressor?

The stock specs on that blower were pretty impressive. BUt man if I didn't buy the turbo last year at this SAME time, I would have bought this, this year, I really think it's fate I boost no matter what, I wish I knew someone locally who wants a supercharger for the 3400, I would've conned him into buying it for his own good of course. good luck

Too bad shipping would be a killer. I have 3 Getrags here in my shed. One with a nice 4th gear ratio and welded diff. haha.

You will love the Rotrex. It is truly awsome.

You have to rev it pretty high to get power out of it so I recommend either a 4 puc or a 3 puc clutch with no springs to make it easier for the synchros.

I had a 4 puc with springs and next time around I was going to get a 3 puc unsprung.
