  • 90 TGP, red, for sale or parts (fresh water)

My TGP got flooded, up to the headrests. No more plans for it. No engine, trans was not in it at the time and is available. Interior is pretty much shot. Body and chassis are perfect, perfect B4U body kit, good glass, I have a new tan headliner, never installed, lots and lots of engine/turbo spare parts, enough to build 3 or 4 turbo engines, but no stock turbos left. The hard plastic parts are all fine and in great shape. I had big plans for the car... it will get filled with scrap metal and crushed on Jan 31 if nobody starts speaking up for parts or the whole car.

I have a clean GA title, no record of the water, if anyone wants to use the car to do a body swap, put your drivetrain and interior in a rusted northern car. I'm telling you, this car is spotless underneath and inside (except for being covered in a fine layer of silt.)

Someone please save this from the crusher. The wheels are NOT for sale, they will be used on another car.

Please list your wants or needs and what you are willing to pay, no reasonable offers refused. (REASONABLE...) Ask, I'm sure I have whatever you need.

Sorry for the supersize pics, whoda thought a cell phone would take those big pics? (Not me...) I'll try to downsize them and post them again or link to them at photobucket.

Thanks, I tried to do that, but I guess I have not been over there in so long my login got purged or something.

I'm gonna clean it out tomorrow morning and go thru everything. I'll list stuff here that looks good and useable.

Holy crap that sucks... Please, please... do not sell any wiring in it and make sure anyone who buys the car knows it's been flooded and it needs a new complete vehicle wiring harness. I saw a thing on the news years ago where people were bringing "clean Florida cars" up north here and basically just cleaning the interiors and such and selling it as a fine car with no problems. Turns out they were flooded cars and most of them were catching fire, which could be really bad when you are flying down the highway at 80 MPH and your car bursts into flames from bad connections in the harness connections.

Woodstock. The CD player never worked, it would not read the CDs. I am going to keep it to be refurbished and put in my '90 6000AWD.

It's a fresh water flood, cam up to the bottom of the dash. Fresh water does not cause electrical fires, salt water does. The car is easily repaired, but who is going to spend the time or money? Not me. If someone has a rusty northern car falling thru the floor or rearend coming out, this is a perfect candidate for a body swap.

Thevalance is cracked, but if you want to try to fix it, you are welcome to it. Make me an offer. Add $25 to box it up in a long box and an extra $25 for oversize to the basic shipping cost, whatever it ends up being.

What kind of shape are the hood louvers in? How much would you want for them?

Also, did the PMIII in it work? Asking price on that?

I will look and take pictures tomorrow. I recall them being fine, maybe a tiny crack or two in the corners. Will you want the underside, too, or just the louvers? (I really hate to take them apart, the mounting studs always break.) I'll let you know tomorrow.

I'd like the whole assemblies if they aren't busted up or cracked.

I am racking my brain, can't figure out what's the PMIII, DOH!

The PMIII is the brake master cylinder/booster assembly. If you have a battery for the car, it can be tested actually.
