Well, this is the best picture I could find. That isn't the power steering pump that I'm currently using. The picture shows a 3.1mpfi pump that I used for mock-up. But you get the idea.

You're running it like that? Not much belt contact on the water pump.'98 Volvo V90 - Ford 5.0 swap in progress

Good to know. So that's the 3400 timing cover? My tensioner is in a different place and applies pressure towards the outside, clockwise.
This is my actual engine:

Yeah, I just pulled my water pump/timing cover out of the box and saw that foam-backed plate and the alternative tensioner mount underneath. So all I really need is the alternator and the power steering pump.
I'd LIKE to get my A/C reinstalled, but it's only worked two months in the last nine years, so not THAT big a deal... I just don't see how an A/C compressor can co-exist with my motor mount using this FWD cover.'98 Volvo V90 - Ford 5.0 swap in progress

Worked on the engine some more this evening. The LIM will need to be turned. That means no PS pump, which means I can't use the 3x00 brackets, and therefore I don't need any of the parts I requested. :/
Off to the salvage yards to find a RWD setup!'98 Volvo V90 - Ford 5.0 swap in progress
