TRADE: 3100 Alum. Heads for 87' - up Iron Heads

I need to get an older 2.8 running quickly. I've got an extra set of aluminum heads from a 3100 1998 Malibu with the roller rockers. I also have other 3100 engine parts as well. Let me know if you are interested.

I don't think he aluminum 2.8 heads will work for me. I need to stick my carb'd intake back on my '84 block and wanted to upgrade to heads with the larger valves. I think everything I have read says that alum. heads don't work with the carb intake manifold. I could be wrong.

Nope, you are correct. Aluminum and iron head manifolds are not compatible.
