Flowmaster 80 Series Muffler
2.5 IN/OUT
Single In / Dual Out
F-Body Type Muffler
This is a used muffler. I had it on my Grand Prix yes a F-body style muffler on a W-body. It tucked up nicely between the spare tire well and suspension. This was the best sounding combination I have heard on a LQ1. Simply sounded amazing. However, it was a bit too loud for my condo complex and off it came went back to a stock exhaust setup.
It has about ~2000 miles on it and is less than 2 years old. It has never been driven in the winter. It has a few scratches here and there from sitting on a shelf. A lot of life left in this one and no sign of rusting through it is an aluminized case.
There are 2 things to note:
1.) I had welded the inlet pipe to the upstream exhaust. This means I had to cut it off to remove. So the inlet is a bit shorter than a new one you can see it in the pics. The cut is perfectly round and there is plenty of depth left to either weld new pipe on or slip a pipe in and use a clamp.
2.) The bottom side of the muffler has a hanger bracket welded to it. Its not really hurting anything to be there but thought I should mention it. It is visible in the pics. You can cut it off if you like. Id just leave it.
$50 takes it + $15 shipping: $65 Total
Thanks,
John
