I am fairly certain I need to abandon my dreams of a hybrid motor for the time being. As such, I do not have the room to store this stuff until I have time to tackle this project again as I have gone back to school.
Here is what I have:
A 1995 3.4 block out of a Camaro. It has been hot tanked, bored .030 over, has new brass freeze plugs installed and new Sealed Power Cam Bearings, Rod Bearings, and Main Bearings. The Crank has been polished. The block has been tapped to mount the starter on either side depending on your application.
The pistons are brand new Mahle "aluminum head" pistons and are mounted on the 3.4 rods. I have a matching set of Hastings rings.
This all comes with a set of the large port aluminum heads, an oil pan and timing cover for an 86 Fiero, and various gaskets and seals and possibly some other miscellaneous parts.
All of this is located in St.Louis MO. If you are interested in all of this (I don't want to separate unless I get no bites on the lot) email me at mongosarcade(at)gmail.com. I got a great deal on most all of this and I am willing to take somewhat of a loss as well. If someone near me has been thinking about a hybrid, this is the deal for you!
