Hopefully tomorrow will start tearing into the 3500 to replace the camshaft
and valve springs for a swap into my Alero.
Anyway, as I pull and replace parts from the 3400 to the 3500, I figured I'd
see if there was a market for them here.
The 3500 is from a 04' Malibu and has 13,080 miles. I'll attach photos of
the parts as they are pulled. No asking price just make a offer and pay for
shipping.
I know for certain I'll have the timing cover, camshaft, valve springs,
injectors, fuel rails, timing chain, gears and dampener. I'm not sure what's
reusable but we'll see.
I have a picture of the engine attached on my uploads.
I may also have 3400 and a 4t40e but I may have a local taker on them.
But if that falls through I'd be open to local offers. I'm located in Saint
Cloud, MN. The engine needs a new head gasket but otherwise is a good
runner. The transmission has a unknown history but it does shift good.
I don't believe it's the original since the car has 223k on it. The shop I took
it to put something into the coolant but it's supposedly only attaches to
any bullshit... I don't know... just saying.
